I'm not sure how anything can be said to have been "mistaken" for a UFO,
since the primary criteria is that you don't know what it is.

You really are such a bundle of laughs:)

Bright lights - check
from space - check
moving about at incredible speed and manned by aliens - oh fuck it you cannot win them all

Now for some close harmony singing.

a UFO doesn't have to be manned by aliens,
although the moon still might be, for all we know.

It has to be manned by either OAP aliens or the are all a bunch of Sunday drivers
as they are not moving very fast.
(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:37, archived)
2,600mph not very fast.

So do you think it's like a roundabout and they can't decide which exit to take so they keep going round?

(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:41, archived)
no,
I think it's in orbit.
It's actually a service station.

That would explain the Mars Bar you can see Neil Armstrong eating in the video

(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:43, archived)
the movie` aliens ate my butt plug`?

(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:45, archived)
not a good service station though
it has no atmosphere.
(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:43, archived)
not in space terms, thats almost horsebox speed
you will need to get to ludicrous speed before it gets interesting.

It is in a Ford Escort.

I recone they should change it to "Unidentifiable" flying object.

(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:36, archived)
.... by humans or known science.

FOUHKS
Flying Objects that are Unidentifiable by Humans or Known Science
(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:38, archived)
Haha, which oddly enough, is what most people would shout out upon seeing one anyway.

(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:38, archived)
whose known science, us or space aliens?

(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:39, archived)
that wouldn't include alien spaceships though,
since the aliens would be able to identify it.
(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:37, archived)
See the above ;)

(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:38, archived)
might be other aliens that they do not know of

(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:38, archived)
yeah they could be out for a joy ride in a spaceship
they stole off some different aleins.
(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:39, archived)
alien gypsies?
come buy my lucky space heather.
(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:42, archived)
hmm, I wonder if ordinary space aliens still have superstitions.
what would they be?
(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:45, archived)
dunno, but I think they wear a inbred southern state farmers foot for luck.

(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:46, archived)
there's probably a tourist trade in lucky 6th fingers.

(, Sun 6 Jul 2008, 13:47, archived)
