This is a question Phobias

What gives you the heebie-jeebies?

It's a bit strong to call this a phobia, but for me it's the thought of biting into a dry flannel. I've no idea why I'd ever want to or even get the opportunity to do so, seeing as I don't own one, but it makes my teeth hurt to think about it. *ewww*

Tell us what innocent things make you go pale, wobbly and send shivers down your spine.

This is a QotW answer There's a saving grace of my diabolical job
And that is that each month we are mugged of £2.50 by our finance person, and this money pays for us to have a ready supply of biscuity goodness and fruit and tea and coffee.

As the month gets to it's mid way point (note fact fans, today is the 14th) I get jittery, increasingly terrified at the prospect of.. an empty biscuit tin... and two more weeks of non biscuity ness... Now, I'm a reasonably healthy type but the fruit can go and rot, the coffee expire.. but the fear of there being no tea, or biscuits...

*shudders*

Believe me, then your job really sucks, the thought of the sacred Hobnob and a cuppa is about the only thing that gets you through the day.

This is a QotW comment I have been accused
of being a little obsessed with tea. I share your fear, I always make sure we get a spare box of tea so there is no danger of running out. And since I don't take milk, I can always guarantee the availability of a lovely cup of tea-y goodness. Apart from the day our kettle broke. But I don't like to remember that day.

This is a QotW comment argh
I'm with you on the biscuits. Completely.

But I've never been able to understand why tea is necessary. It's just hot and wet. How can it be the answer to the world's problems?
