This is a question Phobias

What gives you the heebie-jeebies?

It's a bit strong to call this a phobia, but for me it's the thought of biting into a dry flannel. I've no idea why I'd ever want to or even get the opportunity to do so, seeing as I don't own one, but it makes my teeth hurt to think about it. *ewww*

Tell us what innocent things make you go pale, wobbly and send shivers down your spine.

This is a QotW answer When driving
I sometimes find myself thinking "What would happen to me if I drove into that wall/lamppost/barrier at 80mph?"

And then I get scared that I might actually do it, and have to look away.

I don't know why.

It's even worse on a motorbike, because of a thing called 'Target fixation'. I've found myself accidentally heading for bus stops before.

This is a QotW comment i think everyone has it
that little voice that tells you to jump when you're on the edge of a cliff, or injure yourself horribly when you're holding a knife
maybe we evolved it so that impressionable/stupid people would take its advice and remove themselves from the gene pool
