This is a question Phobias

What gives you the heebie-jeebies?

It's a bit strong to call this a phobia, but for me it's the thought of biting into a dry flannel. I've no idea why I'd ever want to or even get the opportunity to do so, seeing as I don't own one, but it makes my teeth hurt to think about it. *ewww*

Tell us what innocent things make you go pale, wobbly and send shivers down your spine.

This is a QotW answer FFS people...
A phobia is an IRRATIONAL fear of something.

Things that can hurt or kill you: dentists, spiders, falling, paralysis, sharks, hedge trimmers, etc etc.

None of these are phobias!

anyway... my phobia is that people will reply to this and slag me off for being such a fucking pedant.

Arachnophobia? Basiphobia(falling)? Dentophobia(dentists)? Selachophobia(sharks)?

Arachibutyrophobia, just for bun - fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of your mouth.

This is a QotW comment A phobia
is an irrational fear yes, but it's more of a sliding scale than anything.
Sure, people may not like spiders or bees, which is not a phobia. However, if they make a conscious effort not to come into contact with them due to the scale of that fear, it is a phobia.
