Quite peeved right now to be fair
Now, I am about to lose the plot.

Here at work I have a laptop/docking station and wireless mouse and keyboard.
I already know I can break computer related gadgetry in never before seen ways, but for the love of all that is good, can someone please tell me why, a few minutes after I have touched anything on my desk, when I’m talking to a colleague, when I am still not touching the mouse or keyboard, the page starts scrolling? Or why huge passages of any document (or QOTW answer) I am working on suddenly highlight and delete themselves? Why browser windows suddenly decide to take themselves back about five pages?

The mouse isn’t moving, the backspace and delete keys aren’t stuck down. What’s happening?!

The only answer I can come up with is that the magic gremlin living in my mouse really hates me today and wants me to throw the damn thing out of the window. If swearing at it doesn’t help, I might just have to do that.

But hoped that as the VNC thing is disconencted, that wasn't the case.

A work'mate' hasn't got an identical mouse that is programmed to work with your laptop have they?
My imac kept coming up with the frontrow display screen when i was working and it turns out someone else was using their remote and it affected my mac too. Until i threw their remote out of the window.
