Diets. Specifically, people talking about diets. In great detail. 'Oh, I only eat carbs before 5 and then just grapefruit and nettles after. The stinging uses lots of energy, apparently'
Does anyone actually care? Does anyone else ever really see the same need for that person to lose 'this bulge'? Is it, actually, important? Would it, perhaps, be nicer for everyone if everyone liked themselves just as they were instead of thinking they could only be happy if the world liked them better because they were smaller? Imagine it - everyone actually happy and free to have a laugh, instead of wittering on endlessly about celery, calories and waistlines.
Now food, I can talk about. I like food, I like talking about it, cooking it, eating it. But to not just willfully deprive oneself of pies and yum and nice - but then to talk about it... makes my blood boil.

if you're fatter than you're happy with
1- Lose weight and stop whinging on about it
2- Accept yourself and stop whinging on about it.

But I think some people secretly believe that talking about dieting is, in fact, as effective as the same as eating less and moving more so instead of doing something they just drone on...and on...
I like walking past them with cake
