it's got legs now, loads will turn up, some won't
and no one will notice. as long as the folk who have booked beds keep you up to date you have nothing to worry about. spam like a mad man a few days before the event, bribe rob and fraser and for christ's sake just go with the flow, you'll get an ulcer.
