I'm not sure if it's an 'official' offense or anything.
But I for one think that if something's a repost, you should just chuck it in an existing thread, compo or not.
The image has had its day, there's no need to give it another new thread. Especially at this time when the board is deluged with compo entries.

The clue was in my use of the word "multiple" in the explanation. Also it was only for 10 seconds, relax. It's just a way of making sure you read the message. You're not the only one, by the way. Take it easy with the new thread reposts people.
